Overview[]

Astignite is the most defensive out of all three starter Pokémon thanks to having two types with quite a good amount of resistances and great defenses. That said, it's offenses are usable and it isn't that slow either.

However, it has quite apparent flaws; it has a quadruple weakness to Ground, meaning that Earthquakes will hurt a lot and doesn't have that many support moves to learn to reflect its' stone wall stats. But overall, it's a good Pokémon to have.
