Overview[]

Skelachone is the "Lightning Bruiser" of the Signet starters, sporting an excellent Attack stat, respectable defenses, and of course, an astounding base 120 speed, granting Skelachone the honor of being one of Tohoak's fastest. This beautiful stat distribution is complemented nicely by an expansive movepool: Powerful STAB in Wave Splash and Shadow Clamp, Swords Dance and Agility for boosting, and a plethora of moves that grant the swordfish both vast coverage and a mitigation its own weaknesses: Drill Run, Megahorn, Raid, Icicle Crash, Starfreeze, Raging Flame, Poison Jab, etc. Thanks to its amazing speed, Skelachone is one of the best to utilize Taunt, as well.

Underneath the rain, Skelachone is absurd (becoming the second fastest Pokémon, behind Valentide) and with proper setup and support, the swordfish can easily sweep any team.

In Procyon and Deneb, the devs blessed Skelachone with a signature move known as Deadly Bone, a physical Ghost-type move with 80 power and 100 accuracy, with the base power increasing depending on the user's speed boosts. This move along with Agility, easily crowns Skelachone to be one of the best Pokémon in the Signet Region, especially when the full games release.

With its badass design, incredible stat distribution, and awesome movepool, this deceased swordfish rewards itself for being one of the deadliest Fakemon in this ROM Hack series.
